About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic HR intern with strong English proficiency to join our team at Stayfindz! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and support our team in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and filing.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
7. Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
