About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Support in maintaining employee records, attendance data, and HR databases.
3. Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
4. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
5. Assist with HR documentation, file management, and compliance tracking.
6. Use basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Zoho People for record-keeping and reporting.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
