About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the end to end hiring process.
2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
3. Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
5. Assist in performance management processes.
6. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
7. Maintain employee records (attendance, Employee's Master Data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
8. Review employment and working conditions to ensure smooth functioning.
