About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants effectively.
Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR communications.
Maintain candidate databases and HR documentation.
Facilitate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in designing employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate with managers on day-to-day HR requirements.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data
