About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in designing, structuring, and refining the Performance Management System (PMS) model.
2. Supporting the creation and maintenance of performance metrics, scorecards, and evaluation templates.
3. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee performance data to generate insights.
4. Preparing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
5. Conducting research on best practices in performance management and suggesting improvements.
6. Assisting in communication and documentation related to PMS policies and processes.
7. Providing administrative and operational support for PMS-related activities.
