About the Internship
As an HR intern at Amogh Seva Foundation, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your knowledge of leadership, team management, collaboration, coordination, operations, teamwork, training and development, effective communication, networking, data extraction, digital marketing, Microsoft 365, creative writing, problem solving, management, recruitment, employment engagement, human resources, presentation skills, and performance management will be essential in contributing to the success of our team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
2. Support in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
3. Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
4. Assist in data extraction and analysis to support HR decision-making processes
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
6. Assist in performance management processes to ensure employee growth and development
