About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Beats N Flicks, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, collaboration, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with team members to organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.
3. Provide support in managing HR documentation, including employee records and compliance requirements.
4. Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experiences.
6. Work closely with HR team to address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment through active participation in team meetings and discussions.
