About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in Recruitment Activities – posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Support Onboarding Processes – preparing documentation, assisting with orientation, and helping new hires settle in.
3. Maintain Employee Records – updating HR databases, attendance sheets, and personnel files accurately.
4. Coordinate HR Communications – drafting emails, notices, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives.
5. Provide Administrative Support – handling HR-related queries, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
