About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor & manage key performance metrics set by the company to monitor the performance of interns
2. Track & monitor the work of interns
3. Set objectives, carry out activities on a day-to-day basis, and track the work progress of various interns
4. Carry out presentations & brief the team about the work ethics, policies, etc.
5. Carry out the recruitment process, post a job description, shortlist candidates, and carry out interviews in a structured approach as outlined in the company policies
6. Work on time management
7. Monitor internal HR systems and database
8. Address the intern's queries upon discussion with the management team
9. Interact with external agencies, institutes, and other organizations
11. Manage other assignments based on the requirements of the company
