About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruitment Support – Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking databases.
2. Employee Engagement & Documentation – Help in onboarding new employees, preparing HR documents (offer letters, joining kits), and assisting with employee engagement activities.
3. HR Operations & Data Management – Maintain and update employee records, manage attendance/leave data, and support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
