About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation
- Support payroll and compliance-related tasks
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks
