About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at HoloGrad, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with English Proficiency (Spoken), Leadership, and English Proficiency (Written) skills to join our team.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support employee onboarding process by preparing new hire materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Aid in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
5. Help organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
6. Maintain HR records and documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.
