About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Review and assess resumes and applications
2. Conduct interviews with selected candidates
3. Oversee the onboarding and off-boarding procedures
4. Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
5. Maintain accurate employee records in our internal database
6. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
7. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract skilled individuals
8. Generate comprehensive recruitment progress reports
