About the Internship
As an HR intern at Koderbox Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working closely with our talented team. Your knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and English proficiency (spoken and written) will be invaluable in supporting our HR department.1. Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Help in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Support in organizing training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Aid in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases to ensure accurate information.
5. Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee experience.
7. Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand your HR knowledge and skills in a dynamic work environment.
