About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintaining HR records, onboarding new interns/listeners, and updating employee databases.
3. Supporting daily HR operations such as drafting emails, handling queries, and coordinating with different teams.
4. Assisting in creating HR policies, engagement activities, and performance tracking.
5. Preparing reports and presentations related to HR functions as required.
