About the Internship
About Next Talent Connect:We are a recruitment consultancy hiring for top IT and BPO companies. We are offering a 3-month internship for freshers and aspiring HR professionals who want hands-on recruitment experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates for IT/BPO profiles using free channels and assigned job portals (we will provide access to one job portal).
2. Screen candidates and submit shortlisted profiles to the client company.
3. Maintain and update candidate data on Google Sheets.
4. Meet daily targets of at least 5 candidates per day (higher volume expected during peak workflow).
5. Coordinate with the consultancy team for smooth hiring operations.
