Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Post job listings on Internshala and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
4. Maintain candidate tracker (Google Sheets)
5. Assist in onboarding new interns/employees
6. Provide weekly hiring reports to management
