About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling), and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions).
2. Attend virtual HR meetings, explore HR tools/templates, research HR trends, and summarize case studies/webinars.
3. Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to the mentor.
