About the Internship
We’re building a next-generation learning universe for children- where education feels like a playable storybook, a game, and a meaningful journey. Now, we’re on the hunt for an HR executive who can support talent acquisition, culture-building, and operational excellence during a critical scaling phase. You’ll be at the heart of a creative, cross-functional team working on animation, education, storytelling, design, and game development.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Talent acquisition support:
1. Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for roles across content, design, development, and operations
2. Write compelling role descriptions, job posts, and screening questions
3. Organize and maintain candidate databases, trackers, and follow-up communications
B. Recruitment operations:
1. Coordinate end-to-end hiring workflows, ensuring tight turnaround and zero drop-offs
2. Help streamline interview kits, evaluation scorecards, and take-home task briefs
3. Act as the first point of contact for applicants and ensure a smooth candidate experience
C. People & culture initiatives:
1. Assist in onboarding documentation, welcome kits, and team-building rituals
2. Support early-stage HR documentation, policy drafting, and contract collation
3. Help organize remote-first engagement activities and internal communications
D. Process + tooling:
1. Work with HR tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms (or set up light alternatives)
2. Identify gaps and suggest automation or templates to improve efficiency
