About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Sharp Sheets Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions and assisting with recruitment, training, and employee relations initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
3. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
4. Assist with planning and organizing training sessions and events.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and documents.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.
7. Utilize English proficiency, MS-Office, interpersonal skills, and MS-Excel to successfully complete tasks and projects.
