About the Internship
HR team will oversee various ongoing live projects, managing a team of selected interns while ensuring efficient operations, and effective training. This role is crucial in driving the project's success and fostering a productive environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Campus outreach: Connect with colleges, share project details, and gather student nominations.
2. Interview & selection: Conduct interviews and finalize candidates.
3. Onboarding: Send appointment letters and organize inductions.
4. Mentorship & training: Guide interns on roles and responsibilities.
5. Task assignment: Allocate tasks with clear objectives.
6. Performance review: Evaluate daily and weekly progress.
7. Project completion: Ensure all deliverables are met.
8. Experience letters: Provide certificates to interns.
9. Reflection meeting: Celebrate contributions and discuss outcomes.
