2. Support with onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training programs.
3. Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with HR policies.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and teamwork.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone inquiries.
