About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Working on end-to-end recruitment, screening, telephonic interviewing, and shortlisting
2. Interviewing candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions
3. Scheduling in-person rounds of interviews and telephonic rounds of interviews and maintaining coordination until candidates are hired
4. Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
5. Working on maintaining the record of every employee
