About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in job postings and screening candidates
2. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants
3. Supporting onboarding and documentation processes
4. Maintaining intern/employee records and attendance
5. Assisting in team communication and HR-related announcements
6. Supporting basic engagement and team-building activities
7. Preparing and sharing offer letters, certificates, and other HR documents
8. Coordinating exit formalities and feedback collection
9. Updating and organizing digital HR files and folders
10. Researching HR best practices and suggesting improvements
11. Assisting in payroll data collection and basic reporting and Compensation
