About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing candidates through various channels job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
2. Maintaining and updating candidate data in Excel (and potentially ATS), ensuring accuracy and organization.
3. Supporting end-to-end recruitment: posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the process.
