About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
3. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
4. Help organize training and development sessions for staff.
5. Assist in drafting HR policies, employee communications, and documentation.
6. Participate in employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
7. Support payroll, attendance, and leave management tasks.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
1. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
