About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Carry out end-to-end recruitment for all functions across the organization
2. Carry out the compensation cycle every month, including necessary tax regulations and reimbursements, if any
3. Devise policies and processes in alignment with the organizational needs
4. Design employee engagement activities to ensure a constantly high morale
5. Ensure timely performance management of all employees across the organization
6. Work with the team on discovering and experimenting with new tools available to automate possible HR functions
7. Spearhead and execute other human resource initiatives that become relevant with the time and scale of the operations of the organization
8. Schedule interviews for the recruitment process and follow up on an end-to-end basis until their onboarding
