3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist with organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Provide support in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve the workplace culture.
7. Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
