About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Yotta Edutech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your skills in leadership, team management, recruitment, training and development, onboarding, employment engagement, employee relations, collaboration, coordination, performance monitoring, operations, Microsoft 365, digital marketing tools, social media marketing, presentation skills, content writing, effective communication, teamwork, and English proficiency.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
4. Manage employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
6. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
7. Assist in various HR operations and projects to contribute to the overall success of the company.
