About the Internship
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join us in a dual role of IELTS Trainer and Visa Counselor. This is a hands-on internship ideal for someone with a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in guiding clients through their overseas journey. You will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their desired IELTS scores and navigate the complex visa application process.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. IELTS Training
1. Conduct interactive IELTS training sessions for individuals or small groups.
2. Administer and evaluate practice tests for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
3. Provide constructive feedback and customized learning strategies to help students improve their scores.
4. Utilize your own curated set of IELTS preparation materials (books, worksheets, digital resources, etc.).
5. Track student progress and motivate them to achieve their target band score.
B. Visa Counseling
1. Provide initial counseling to students and clients regarding study abroad options and immigration pathways.
2. Assist senior counselors with researching visa requirements for different countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
3. Help clients with the documentation process for university applications and visa filings.
4. Learn and explain visa checklists, application procedures, and compliance norms.
C. Administrative & Digital Support
1. Update and manage client records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
2. Assist in MIS (Management Information System) updates for reporting and data analysis.
3. Use Microsoft Excel to maintain trackers for client progress, test scores, and application statuses.
4. Support the digital marketing team with content creation for social media, blogs, and newsletters related to IELTS tips and visa updates.
