About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate and manage international shipments and logistics operations.
2. Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and trade laws.
3. Handle documentation and filing for import/export transactions.
4. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
5. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
6. Resolve issues related to customs, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
7. Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.
8. Assist in negotiating shipping contracts and rates.
9. Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
