About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identifying & shortlisting influencers – Research and connect with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
2. Outreach & communication – Engage with influencers via emails, DMs, and calls to pitch collaboration opportunities.
3. Negotiation & collaboration execution – Coordinate and finalize barter deals or paid partnerships.
4. Campaign management – Track influencer posts, ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, and measure campaign performance.
5. Trend analysis – Stay updated with the latest influencer trends and suggest creative marketing strategies.
6. Content coordination – Work with influencers to ensure high-quality video/reel deliverables in line with our brand aesthetics.
7. Report & analyze – Maintain performance reports of collaborations, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
