Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Move fast, ship faster: Own end-to-end execution for multilingual campaigns (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi & more).
2. Real impact, not busywork: Your work directly drives views, engagement, and conversions.
3. Creator-ops playground: Source, brief, review, and publish with regional creators.
4. Growth-first culture: Fast iterations, daily feedback, mentorship, and a chance at a full-time role.
5. Campaign Execution: Run influencer/UGC programs from kickoff to publish.
6. Content Review: Approve scripts/deliverables for brand fit, compliance, and regional relevance.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor views, engagement, CAC, CTR; suggest optimisations.
8. Creator Ops: Source, onboard, and coordinate with regional creators.
9. Reporting & Support: Budget tracking, vendor comms, timely reports/payments.
10. Assist in end-to-end execution of influencer & UGC campaigns
11. Review scripts & content for brand fit and cultural relevance
12. Support in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and timely payments
13. Maintain creator database & performance records
