About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prospect Engagement & Consultation -
Respond to inquiries, engage with prospects, and conduct consultations to guide learners and investors on suitable courses, platforms, and market opportunities.
2. Program & Product Guidance -
Provide detailed information on courses and assist learners with enrolments.
Guide clients in opening Demat & trading accounts and using equity/derivatives products.
3. Onboarding & Support -
Support clients in navigating platforms and market opportunities.
Monitor student progress and client activity, offering academic and financial support.
4. Client Relationship Management -
Build and maintain strong relationships with active traders, investors, and learners.
Ensure satisfaction through timely servicing, brokerage structuring, and addressing queries.
5. Sales & Revenue Growth -
Acquire new clients for courses and Demat/trading accounts.
Drive revenue growth through enrolments, equity, and derivatives.
Consistently achieve monthly sales, enrolment, and brokerage targets.
6. Data & CRM Management -
Maintain accurate and updated records of student progress, client accounts, and revenue pipelines in the CRM system.
