About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Inbound & outbound lead engagement: handle incoming inquiries from online portals, campaigns, and referrals; proactively reach out to cold/warm leads using calls, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Pre-sales qualification: understand buyer intent, budget, location preference, and timeline to qualify the lead and pass high-quality prospects to the field sales or closure team.
3. Property pitching over call/zoom: deliver customized virtual pitches using project brochures, videos, floor plans, and offer sheets—ensuring the client feels informed and confident without needing a site visit right away.
4. CRM management & reporting: maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up reminders using crm systems like excel.
5. Follow-up pipeline management: create structured follow-up sequences and reminders based on lead behavior and past interactions to improve lead conversion chances.
6. Schedule site visits: coordinate site visit appointments between clients and field executives; share project location, meeting points, and key expectations clearly with both parties.
