About the Internship
As an inside sales intern at Healing Monk LLP, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your role will include engaging in effective communication with potential clients, mastering the art of negotiation, confidently cold calling leads, and managing client relationships using our CRM system. Your computer skills will also be put to the test as you navigate various software programs and databases.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
3. Utilizing CRM software to track and record customer interactions.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
5. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
6. Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
7. Participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
