About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Lead Generation & Data Scraping
1. Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Lusha, and Eazyleads to identify potential leads.
2. Collect and maintain accurate lead data for outreach campaigns.
3. Perform mail merge and email outreach to connect with prospects efficiently.
Business Development Support
1. Engage with decision-makers to understand their manpower requirements.
2. Schedule meetings and demos for the core business development team.
3. Maintain a structured log of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaboration & Reporting
1. Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to refine outreach strategies.
2. Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and outreach performance.
