As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to hone your sales skills, support prospective students through the admissions process, and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist prospective students in navigating the admissions process and guide program offerings.
2. Conduct outreach to potential students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
3. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and meet student recruitment goals.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
6. Stay up-to-date on university programs, admission requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate information to students.
7. Support marketing initiatives by promoting university programs and events to prospective students.
