About the Internship
Deep Connection is a health-tech organization creating integrated healthcare and holistic development programs for children and young adults. Using advanced AI/ML, IoT, and AR/VR technologies, we democratize developmental assessments and interventions, empowering children to achieve their full potential. We are seeking motivated Junior Child Psychologist Interns who are passionate about working with children and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This role will provide hands-on exposure to assessments, therapy observations, and program design within a multidisciplinary environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist senior psychologists in conducting developmental and behavioral assessments.
2. Observe therapy sessions (occupational, speech, behavioral) and document case notes.
3. Support in preparing individualized learning and therapy plans for children.
4. Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting for child development studies.
5. Counsel children (under supervision) in areas of emotional regulation, attention, and social skills.
6. Contribute to workshops, parent interactions, and awareness programs.
7. Research latest interventions and support content development for holistic programs.
