About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship
2. Understand clients' business needs and goals and develop customized solutions to meet their needs
3. Act as a subject-matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and support to clients
4. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
5. Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
6. Monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
7. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
8. Ensure that all client communication is professional, timely, and effective
9. Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including training and onboarding support
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management
11. Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our products and services to potential clients
