About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Core Operations: Be the voice of Atlys across calls, chats, and emails, resolving traveler queries with clarity, empathy, and speed.
2. Cross-Functional Learning: While Guest Delight is your home function, you’ll work closely with Fulfilment, Product, and Compliance teams to resolve user issues and understand how the larger system works.
3. Tooling & Documentation: Accurately log conversations in our CRM, stay updated on visa policies, and use internal tools to track and resolve escalations.
4. Feedback & Improvements: Flag user pain points and suggest ways to improve our support experience and product flows.
5. Capstone Project: Take on a real-world challenge in Guest Delight, craft a solution, and present it to the leadership team.
