Period: 4 Months Law Internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and reviewing host of agreements such as but not limited to
2. Legal Research
3. Drafting
4. Preparation of Court Arguments
5. Writing Articles
6. Writing Research Papers
7. Prepare Legal News Letter
8. Deal with On Board Human Rights Issues
Exchanges the Ideas with the team on strategizing on potential legal issues
Developing risk mitigation strategies with the Legal team
Break down complex legal issues and potential risks to help business team make informed decisions
Skills and Qualifications
1. Final Year in LLB / LLB Degree from a recognized university in India
2. Minimum 6 Months of working experience
3. Proficiency in English
4. Experience in Technology and IP Laws preferred
5. Good articulation & drafting skills
6. Ability to work in an unstructured environment and under tight timelines
