About the Internship

JBLC INDIA is seeking a talented individual who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, and has excellent English speaking and writing skills. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research, drafting, and compliance documentation for litigation and corporate matters.
Manage and support client onboarding processes including agreements, due diligence, compliance checks, and initial consultation follow-ups.
Assist in case preparation for Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts & Tribunals.
Coordinate with empaneled lawyers, associate lawyers, and interns for assignments and reporting.
Lead ATL (Above the Line) activities: legal awareness campaigns, seminars, bar association meetings, conferences, and institutional outreach.
Lead BTL (Below the Line) activities: client engagement drives, lawyer outreach, campus tie-ups, referral networks, and associate acquisition campaigns.
Maintain case briefs, records, MIS reports, and ensure smooth legal workflow.
Directly report to Senior Partners and play an active role in firm growth.
