About the Internship
*Legal Intern – Day-to-Day Responsibilities*1. *Legal Research & Drafting*
- Conduct in-depth research on laws, case laws, policy matters, and legal developments.
- Draft legal content for articles, blogs, press releases, or reports.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and compliance documents.
2. *Legal Reporting & Content Creation*
- Monitor and report daily legal and regulatory news updates.
- Write summaries or reports on significant court rulings, government notifications, or legal trends.
- Assist in scripting and presenting legal content for online platforms or newsletters.
3. *News Anchoring & Presentation (if applicable)*
- Present short legal bulletins or summaries for internal/external video content.
- Collaborate with media or communication teams for legal awareness content.
- Assist in hosting webinars, panel discussions, or interviews with legal professionals.
4. *Tele-Calling & Client Communication*
Call startups, clients, and partners for legal documentation follow-ups and compliance queries.
- Assist in onboarding by explaining legal procedures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain detailed communication logs and ensure smooth coordination with the legal team.
5. *Contract & Compliance Support*
- Assist in reviewing NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements under supervision.
- Monitor timelines for statutory filings and regulatory compliances (e.g., MCA/ROC).
- Maintain and update compliance checklists; support due diligence processes.
6. *Documentation & File Management*
- Maintain organized records of contracts, case notes, and legal opinions.
- Ensure proper version control and secure digital/physical archiving of legal documents.
7. *Team Coordination & Reporting*
- Draft daily/weekly reports summarizing task progress and legal developments.
- Coordinate with legal, media, and outreach teams for collaborative projects.
- Take minutes of meetings, track action points, and follow up on deadlines.
