About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engaging with 1 marginalized worker (street vendor, domestic worker, construction worker, etc.) to understand their situation and identify a specific legal right they can claim (e.g., vending license, wage entitlements, access to schemes).
2. Assisting them in the process, guiding them through applications, connecting with relevant authorities, or linking them with NGOs/legal aid for support.
3. Documenting the process through short case notes (what was done, challenges faced, and outcome achieved), with consent-based photos/videos where possible.
4. Participating in weekly check-ins with the Rights, Realised team to share progress, challenges, and reflections.
5. (Optional but encouraged) Contributing to awareness materials, short posts, reels, or blogs about your experience to inspire other youth.
