About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Draft and review POSH policies, workplace codes of conduct, compliance manuals, and audit checklists.
2. Support Internal Committee (IC) & Local Committee (LC) proceedings and assist in report preparation.
3. Conduct legal research on: POSH Act, 2013, Code on Wages, 2019, Industrial Relations Code, 2020, Code on Social Security, 2020, Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code, 2020, Workplace Safety & Gender Justice laws
4. Prepare and deliver awareness presentations, compliance workshops, and corporate training for employees, managers, and HR teams.
5. Draft legal opinions, case briefs, compliance notes, and filings with MCA/authorities.
6. Maintain structured compliance records and client documentation using Notion & Google Drive.
7. Use NotebookLM for case summarization, Perplexity AI for research, and MS Office/Google Suite for drafting and presentations.
