Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and reviewing POSH policies, workplace codes of conduct, compliance manuals, and audit checklists
2. Supporting Internal Committee (IC) and Local Committee (LC) proceedings, and assisting in report preparation
3. Conducting legal research on:
a. POSH Act, 2013
b. Code on Wages, 2019
c. Industrial Relations Code, 2020
d. Code on Social Security, 2020
e. Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Code, 2020
f. Workplace safety and gender justice laws
4. Preparing and delivering awareness presentations, compliance workshops, and corporate or NGO trainings
5. Drafting legal opinions, case briefs, compliance notes, and filings with MCA or other authorities
6. Maintaining structured compliance records and client documentation using Notion and Google Drive
7. Utilizing tools such as NotebookLM for case summarization, Perplexity AI for real-time research, and MS Office/Google Suite for drafting and presentations
 
Growth Path

1. Jurionship / Trainee Period (6 months): Hands-on learning, shadowing senior advocates, exposure to real IC/LC cases and NGO-led compliance projects.
2. Performance Review: Evaluation on drafting, research, training delivery, and client/NGO interaction.
3. Legal Associate Role: Independent handling of compliance projects, delivering POSH training, NGO awareness programmes, and advisory roles.
