About the Internship
About the Role :We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Interns to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, client interaction, and court procedures. Interns will work under the guidance of experienced lawyers and gain first-hand insights into the functioning of the legal system and professional practice.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research on various laws, statutes, case laws, and regulatory frameworks. Assist in drafting petitions, contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
2. Prepare case summaries, briefs, and legal opinions.
3. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and arbitration sessions (where applicable).
4. Maintain case files, organize documentation, and update databases.
5. Support senior associates/partners in ongoing matters.
6. Stay updated on recent judgments, amendments, and legal developments.
1. Students pursuing law.
2. Current law student (LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or equivalent) or recent graduate.
3. Strong legal research and writing skills.
4. Good understanding of Indian laws (IPC, CPC, CrPC, Contract Act, Company Law, etc.).

3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
