About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing Job Postings & LinkedIn Recruiter: Oversee the full lifecycle of job advertisements, including publishing, monitoring, and optimizing postings, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
2. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyze recruitment data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure accuracy and support hiring metrics reporting.
3. Job Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and role-specific requirements.
4. Content Creation: Draft professional, engaging job descriptions and other recruitment communications.
5. LLM/AI Research Utilization: Use Large Language Models (LLMs) for rapid research, analysis, and information gathering to support recruitment strategy.
6. Process Organization: Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment processes and data entry.
