About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join us as a Management Trainee. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely on client projects and internal operations, gaining hands-on experience in client communication, backend tasks, research, and new technologies. Ideal for someone eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the reporting manager with daily operational and strategic tasks related to Human Resources, Client Relations or Marketing mainly.
2. Communicate and coordinate with clients for updates, scheduling, and task execution.
3. Support business operations, including reporting, planning, and executing internal programs.
4. Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies as per business needs.
5. Contribute to internal initiatives such as workflow improvements, documentation, and content creation.
6. Maintain accurate timesheets for client-related work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in management and related fields.
2. Must not hesitate in communicating with clients; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
3. Should be able to dedicate full-time hours (8 hours/day); only apply if you can commit to this schedule.
4. Willing to dedicate time to learn and work with new tools and technologies as needed.
5. Flexible and open to handling varied tasks across departments such as marketing, HR, and client servicing.
